There is an exploit in Google's algorithm that has been known for over a year, which is still very much active, whereas you can remove URLs from Google's search results. Google thus far has chosen to do nothing about it, so why not automate the process?
Google updates are not on a set schedule, so it may take a few weeks and/or a few tries to remove the requested URLs from Google's search results.
